Accessibility Statement

At Borealis Expeditions, we are committed to offering authentic and safe experiences for all our travelers, promoting equal opportunities and respect for every person.

However, due to the nature of our activities and the environment in which we operate —mountain roads, extreme weather conditions, and uneven natural landscapes— we are currently unable to guarantee full accessibility for people using wheelchairs or other mobility aids.

Our tours take place in standard vehicles and in areas where access may be limited or unsafe for people with reduced mobility. For this reason, we are not able to offer wheelchair-accessible tours at this time.

That said, we encourage anyone interested in joining our tours to contact us before booking, so we can evaluate each situation individually and, if possible, provide alternative options or additional assistance.

If you have any special needs, physical restrictions, or questions about accessibility levels, please contact us at: Borealisexpeditions@gmail.com

We are constantly working to improve our services and make the Borealis Expeditions experience as inclusive as possible within our operational limits

Compliance and review
